Yes, we accept only orders with a minimum value of £200 net of VAT.

Delivery is free for all orders placed with a minimum net value of £400 (UK mainland only; excludes Northern Ireland and Scottish Highlands).  Orders below this amount are subject to a per box charge based upon weight and dimensions.  For most orders, this is less than £10 per large box.

For new customers, we normally supply the first order on a pro forma basis.  Payment can be made via BACS, or over the phone to 0161 946 1234.  We accept all major credit cards.  Upon payment in full of the first order and subject to satisfactory references, accounts will subsequently be moved to a credit status, based upon maximum 30 days payment from invoice date.

We aim to dispatch all in stock orders within 48 hours.  For any items out of stock, these will be put on back order and your account representative will be happy to inform you of likely lead time for replenishment.

You will quickly receive an order acknowledgement, including availability of lines ordered.

You can opt to receive an invoice either by email or included in paper format with your deliveries, or both.
